"Wonderfully charming classic motel that has been lovingly maintained and renovated by the same family since 1945. Perfect if you have smaller kids- 2 pools with slides and a small arcade is plenty for kids 12 and under. Close enough to walk to the candy strip, but far enough away that it is quiet at night. A Kwik trip is across the street that has pretty much anything you might need that you forgot. The designated parking spots mean you're not hauling your stuff across a large resort, and though smoking is not allowed in any rooms, you are allowed to walk right out of your door to a table and chair provided to each room. Just let them know and they'll provide an ash tray. Much easier than having to trek across one of the large resorts every hour. They even have a brick barbeque area, and sell charcoal and lighter fluid on site. It's in a covered area that can be used even if it's raining. I just really cannot believe how great this place was for the price. Great for families, friends, meet ups of large groups because the pool and picnic area are centralized. Just really well designed and cared for by multi generational family owners that want people to have a good time at a reasonable price. "
