"I have traveled quite a bit in my 65 years and this is truly one of the nicest places that I have ever been to. The location is soooo convenient--just a turn or two and you can be on the freeway. But even though it has a close proximity to traffic, we were far enough away not to be bothered by noise. Our room was delightful! It was like a suite with a bathroom almost bigger than my first apartment! We also had a little seating area outside where I sat and read my book, drank a glass of wine and watched the deer in the yard. For breakfast you fill out a paper with lots of choices and submit it the night before. It was served to each individual room in a basket tray and was so delicious!! Nothing was too much trouble! There was plenty of parking and we never felt crowded or rushed. I highly recommend this inn for anyone going to Mt. Shasta, Lake Shasta or any other place in-between!"

"Great beds. Spotless bathroom. Paint chipped all over bedroom. Outside was so bad it put me off and I was scared about what the inside of the room would look like. Dead flowers in spots. Dirty. Doors and windows from the outside very creepy. Linens spotless. Well dusted. But no way was this a 9/10 which the reviews were saying. Maybe itโ€™s compared with what else might be in Dunsmuir? And the pictures arenโ€™t close to what it actually is. For a night, okay."

"Room 4 was clean, bedding was clean. There as a kitchenette! We didnโ€™t know. Shower was tight but we said weโ€™d stay there again. Front desk lady was very sweet & friendly. We got there a little after 10 she was just closing up. Glad we didnโ€™t miss her."
