"Rude receptionist, tried to hustle me to pay top dollar for things that didn’t have to be. Everything is a fee. Can’t even got a glass of water. Terrible location in the middle of nowhere. Definitely wouldn’t stay again or recommend"

"Five stars? Not even close. Closer to a motel 8 with a nice lobby. Peeling paint in the shower, stained floors, no hot water one morning and yes.. there are bugs. Have bites all over my legs. Coffee in room is two packets of freeze dried nescaffe. What 5 star hotel would have any of those? Not sure ..."
