"The location is great. You can walk to the place where you take the ferry. Staff are pretty helpful and kind. There are plenty of restaurants around."

"Amazing, love all the staff"

"Hotel is located in an ideal location"

The front desk staff was nice but never checked in on how we are doing and wanted to charge for everything including a bottle of water in room even though rooms were $500 a day. The wait staff in bar and restaurant were rude and made you feel as though you were burdening them. Twice...

"Excellent. John at the front seat was very helpful. This hotel is very close to port. Thank you"
