"We had a party of three and months ago booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room it had a king bed. I went back down to the front desk and the employee (with attitude) said that’s all they have and that we could use the pull out sofa bed. The negatives were the slight shabiness of the place (sketchy back carpark, trash around outside, broken door to swimming pool, charging ports in rooms not working). Also, when I booked, the website said there were rollaway beds available, but when asked for at the hotel, they said we could not have one because it was a fire hazard. Long story short, the hotel refused a refund request because they said I CANCELED the reservation even though I just wanted it changed. "For the money I paid to stay, the floor was extremely dirty, even in the bathroom. Trash was not taken out. Breakfast was super terrible, snacks and coffee, which was never ready. Folks were waiting for coffee on several occasions. Don't think I'll be staying here anymore, plus I left one day early. I know I'll not getting a refund for that."
