"The front desk was rude and arrogant. Before I showed him my reservation. He said “no reservation” in a condescending tone. After I showed our reservation and my husband stepped in speaking Turkish did his attitude change. The hotel spent the remainder of our stay trying to make amends with complementary fruit, Turkish coffee and candy. Too late for me. In addition, the cigarette smoke was overwhelming in the hallway. "Heel slecht! Bij aankomst hebben ze gezegd dat reservatie niet in systeem was en hebben ze gevraagd om daar contant te betalen. Ze hebben gezegd dat ik mijn geld terug zou krijgen via Expedia maar daar reageren ze ook niet op!"

"The hotel needs a big maintenance. Balcony was full of birds waste!!! They need to be more careful with their service. I rented a tiny house called villa, and there was no hot water because pipes were clogged. But receptionist was friendly and understanding of my situation and frustration "
