"I couldn’t manage the temperature on my own. The first night was too hot. Staff activated the AC, but then it was too cold. It was too late to ask for help when I got in. I was actually too short to reach the AC and nearly fell trying to adjust it. I abandoned my 3rd night."

"World class property, high quality construction, great amenities, Spa, and staff. Only one issue, 7:00 a.m. Thursday June 18, morning construction work started on the other side of the loft TV wall while I was still in bed. Not a good wakeup, but was really the only issue during the four night stay."

"The guy at the front desk was rude and really not helpful regarding rooms and reservations, overall horrible experience and the front of the office is also under construction which just makes the mess an eyesore to look at along with the homeless/druggies roaming around in the parking lot felt uncomfortable I left within 2 hrs. If I could ZERO stars!"

"Absolutely horrible!!! So many things wrong, floor had a huge hole near bathroom, room stunk horrible, sheets gross, towels covered in urine, pimp outside yelling at his girl, woman in a tent outside screaming. Just don't bother!!!!"

"Arrived late, no one at front desk had to knock on door, lady sent her husband out he asked why I was there I obviously told him I had a reservation, after lady spoke to manager on the phone, he then walked me to my room which was hostel style and how disgusting that room was, cigarettes and tobacco littered the table, very trashy room, horrid smell. As it was 1:30am I had no choice but to stay. Soon as I woke up at 7am I left the property. I’m a solo traveler so I had the flexibility I guess...

"The address of the place was under a different name for the hotel. Not what I expected."

"Hotel was clean and modern. The parking was a little tricky to access but the valets were all very nice and helpful. I didn't really like that everything in the room had a sale price on it but we just ignored it. Overall it was quiet and clean so I was happy."

"The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient for walking around downtown. We had breakfast in the Recess restaurant, which was superb. We will be back!"

"Clean, efficient and close to convention center. Food and drinks were great. Room was comfortable. Only disappointments: ice machines on only 2 floors of 14 story hotel; no room service; and no real glassware in room. Otherwise delightful stay."
