"The refrigerator froze everything. This room needed some serious work. Big stain on rug and the bathroom was in shabby condition for the money we had to pay. Most Holiday Inns are immaculate. This one was not"

"We were very disappointed. There is NO restaurant there. It's the same breakfast that you get at all hotels, except it cost $16 a person + tax and then they expected a tip. Also, it was in there common area. No adjoining restaurant. The rooms were only cleaned every other day, which the description said every day. We were there for 3 nights and it was not cleaned at all. We'll stay somewhere else next time we are down."

"The property is very well maintained and clean. They have good security where you even have to use your key card to access the elevator. Breakfast in the morning is excellent. There are many options and it is also very clean. There is hot coffee, tea and cocoa available 24 hours a day. The staff is also very attentive, helpful and friendly. Our room was huge and had a large fridge. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in for the price. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!"

"The room itself was clean and up to date. The hallway was not air conditioned or clean. There was the aroma of pot in the hallway at all times. The hotel is located right behind two gas stations and on a busy road. It was noisy. The breakfast left much to be desired. They had bread, but no toaster. Two cereals with one being almost empty and very little milk. While they had waffles available to be made there was nothing else offered but juice and coffee. "My biggest complaint about this hotel was the fact that they have a barn door style door for the bathroom and on both sides it does not go flush with the wall and sticks out a good inch 2 inch and a half. There’s no privacy there’s not even an exhaust fan in the bathroom. We stayed for one night, the morning we were leaving we were having breakfast, which was excellent however, the fire alarm started going off Which was obviously a false alarm but they never mentioned that to anyone. "The property was very poorly maintained and did not appear to be clean. There was a strong unpleasant odor throughout the property. I found a used razor in the shower that had clearly been left by a previous guest. The bed did not appear to be clean either. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this property."

"Hotel was supposed to be an Extended Stay hotel yet there were NO dishes, glassware, utensils in the room. There wasn't even a hair dryer, which the Expedia site specificaly listed."
