We were looking for hotel close to Zieleniec Ski Arena and the hotel description said it is 11.8km Zieleniec, in reality it is 23.2km which makes a big difference. We stayed for three nights and our room wasn't cleaned once. It is ok hotel only.

None of the above information is true. Hotel expedia.com page says "Zieleniec Ski Arena - 14.2 miles" - which is 22,84 km - please read carefully. All rooms are cleaned everyday! If you had any complaints you should have reported them during your stay.

Gem in a beautiful city!
Villa Tillia was perfect for us. My 82 year old mother and I traveled to Polanica-Zdrój from the USA as the town was her childhood home before WW II. We were delighted to find this gem of a hotel in a beautiful little city. The staff was exceptionally helpful, the room clean, and we loved the little balcony where we could open the windows and hear the church bells. Traffic from the road was a bit noisy, but all in all, our stay was exceptional!!! Thank you!!

I made a requests 6 months ago for a lower floor and they put us in the attic which was only a half room, on my complaint they told us if we dint like it we could go somewhere else , poor wifi & need to clean the overhead lamp shades. Very unfriendly people.

Not true at all. Request was made for the room number 4, which is a triple room, not a double room and is not on the lower floor. The guest got one of the biggest rooms in our hotel, so it definitely was not a half room (whatever it means). Most of our guests rate our wifi as excellent (compare expedia.com , booking.com. hrs.com). Maybe the guest should take a lesson on how to use wifi. The guest was very arrogant and unpolite to the owner and staff . This was very unpleasant as all our staff and the owner are women, and in our country we treat women with respect.

Would stay here again. Exceptional value.
Beautiful hotel. I would have rated it a 5, but the mattress was about average, and it was a little noisy from the local traffic passing by. Friendly staff that graciously answered our questions. I would stay here again as it is a beautiful place, had a great breakfast, and the value is exceptional.

Excellent hotel. The staff were very helpful.
High degree of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Breakfast was good. Great location close to the centre of Polanica and within walking distance from the bus station. Represents excellent value for money. Thoroughly recommendable.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was on a small side but bed comfortable. Breakfast was more than enough with great choices including cooked food as well as traditional continental breakfast ;) will probably come back next year

Et meget hyggeligt, centralt hotel. Flotte og moderne værelser med god plads. Fin morgenmadsbuffet inkluderet. Alt i alt et rigtig godt hotel. Placeringen var helt i top.

Tilia bez lipy.
Dogodne położenie zarówno w odniesieniu do głównych atrakcji miasta, jak i dojazdu. Ale, położenie przy uczęszczanej, brukowanej drodze może być uciążliwe latem, dla śpiących przy otwartych oknach. Dobre miejsce jako baza do zwiedzania Kotliny Kłodzkiej. Bardzo sympatyczni zarządzający.

Przyjemny nocleg w Polanicy.
Villa jest w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Posiada przestronny parking. Sprawny check-in/out. Bardzo miła, pomocna obsługa. Pokój czysty, z balkonem i czajnikiem. Sala śniadaniowa duża, estetyczna. Śniadania bardzo smaczne. Wszystko zgodnie z opisem. Polecam! :)

PERFECT!
Beautiful very well kept place in a prime location. Close to all attractions, but very quiet and perfectly located. Rooms are very clean and updated. Everything at Villa Tilla is just perfect. I would highly recommend the place and will stay there again. Miss Malgorzata is just the perfect hostess there. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

nur eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise. Freundlicher Empfang, auch in deutscher Sprache. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und modern eingerichtet; das Frühstücksbüffet umfangreich und lecker.

Byliśmy na dwudniowym weekendowym pobycie w hotelu Willa Tilia. To miłe miejsce na krótki wypoczynek. Hotel położony blisko promenady spacerowej i parku zdrojowego. Dobry hotel z miłą obsługą. Bardzo dobry hotel umiejscowiony blisko centrum, super miejsce jako baza wypadowa. Pokoje czyste, sprzątane codziennie. Śniadanie urozmaicone, dobrej jakości, widac ze hotel nie oszczędza na składnikach. Zarówno obsługa jak i właściciel bardzo uprzejmi, z chęcią podpowiedzą co mozna zobaczyć w okolicy.

Pobyt krótki, bo tylko 2 dni, ale bardzo intensywny. Standard hotelu na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Obsługa nie miała nic przeciwko temu że zameldowaliśmy się dopiero o 1 w nocy. Śniadania obfite, smaczne. Pokój duży, z łazienką, łóżko wygodne i fajnie się wypoczywało po całym dniu wędrówek

Wspaniały hotel, miła obsługa, bardzo czyste i komfortowe pokoje. Śniadanie bardzo zróżnicowane i pyszne,hotel posiada ogród z leżakami, lokalizacja blisko głównego deptaka. Napewno wybierzemy się ponownie. Praktyczne rady: hotel nie blokuje środków na karcie, trzeba zapłacić po pobycie gotówka lub kartą, nie mają zabiegów, z wyżywienia tylko śniadanie.

Blisko parku i centrum.
Hotel w dobrym stanie i z wygodnym parkingiem. Ale blisko głównej ulicy i dość głośno - szczególnie w nocy. Do pełni szczęścia brakowało też uzupełniania potraw na śniadaniu i monotonia ciepłych posiłków - codziennie jajecznica + parówki ( po kilku dniach, mamy dość). Czy nie można podać jajko w innej formie - gotowane lub smażone, a zamiast parówek podać kiełbaski...?

Sind dieses Mal gezielt zur Villa Tilia gefahren und haben uns seht gefreut, dass das Hotel so gut angekommen wird! Riesen Parkplatz am Haus (abgeschlossen), sehr geschmackvolle und moderne Einrichtung, tolles Frühstücksbuffet, Zimmer sind sauber, das nette Ehepaar, welches das Hotel führt, spricht deutsch und englisch. Gute Verkehrsanbindung, kurze Laufwege zum Kurzentrum, Restaurants, Geschäften, Kontor. Luxus darf man nicht erwarten, dafür stimmt für den Preis einfach alles!
