the 2 young ladies who run/manage the hotel were very friendly and helpful and tried their utmost to accommodate us by moving us to different rooms, but the hotel WIFI is almost not usable, it shuts down all together many times during the day and evenings. Also there is construction going on right in front and behind of the hotel, so by 8 am the noise starts and continues all day. Otherwise the hotel is clean and the location is very good and the staff is very friendly and helpful

Best hotel in Pokhara!

Very friendly staff, always had a smile on their face! We got welcome drinks, and because it was a little bit quiet in the hotel we got the best room and it had amazing Himalaya view on clear days. The beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was very good. We could choose between fresh fruit, yoghurt with muesli, eggs with toast, and our favourite were the pancakes with honey. Although the pool wasn't too big, it was being cleaned every day. We really had an amazing stay in this hotel and if we'll come back to Nepal we will definitely be staying here again.

Worth every dollars I had paid. Room was clean, Good location nearby center point of lake side. Only thing may need to consider. Noise! due to it locate near entertaining street, but I overlook it since I was stay during a 2016 new year celebration. so it would not count in this rate.
