The hotel was really lovely (clean quiet room with amazing views) and the swimming pool was great. My suggestions are: 1) Some sun umbrellas next to the pool please. 2) provide filtered water to encourage people not to use plastic bottled water.

The property was in a great location and had excellent staff who were very helpful. However some things were off - there were no fridges in our room, though the staff immediately gave one. One room had one dirty towel (a minor blemish) which we ignored. One room had weaker AC (114) as well. But regardless the service and the people were excellent and we were happy to stay there and would recommend it to others.

A Rooftop to Remember
I traveled to Pokhara as a solo female tourist during COVID. The Dahlia Boutique Hotel felt extremely safe and supportive. Many mornings, the manager would sit with me and answer my questions about what I wanted to do for the day, drawing maps of the area and giving me tips, so I didn't have to hire a guide and felt safe doing a lot of daily activities on my own. When I went on a guided trek to Australian camp for a few days, they kept my luggage safe and secure! The hotel was of the highest hygiene standards, with everyone wearing masks and a hand-washing station outside the hotel. When I wanted to get a COVID test, the manager called 10+ places to ensure I could get the test and explained everything to the taxi driver to get me there. The rooftop of this hotel is incredible. I spent many hours there catching up on work, enjoying the Himalayas view, or the moonlight in the evening. Oh, and the sunsets are perfect as well! Highly recommend staying here! I definitely will again when I return to beautiful Pokhara.

Great experience!
New hotel, spacious rooms, clean, nicely decorated. Very professional and friendly staff. Ramita, the restaurant waiter was very accommodating to our dietary restrictions, the cook was wonderful. The front desk personnel are very friendly and professional. It was a great experience for us!

Great hotel
We had a great 5 day stay at Dhalia Hotel. It is conveniently located on the main lakeside road so we could easily walk to shops and restaurants. The staff was delightful and accomodating. The AC in the room worked very well and the hotel has an elevator which was appreciated after our long hot walks!

Stayed 2 nights. Very helpful and friendly staff. Hotel is under renovation so could not use the terrace and it was disappointing.There are no Mountain Viewpoints. Rooms are in need of renovation and update. Bathroom flooded after a shower. Floors are cracked, bathroom mirror cracked and windows need cleaning. The Junior suite was dark and not at all what I expected. Breakfast and dinner is mediocre. Location is perfect. For a boutique hotel, it has potential but needs to update. I rate this as 3 star not 4 star accommodation.

Pokhara is amazing - I recommend to everyone to go there - the Hotel is having a few renovations with the pool and will be amazing when finished I have to mention how good the service was from Reception - everyone was friendly and helpful in particular Sagun Shahi - he was fantastic!! Wonderful soft sheets and pillows. Instant hot water. Good tv and internet reception. Nice buffet breakfast. Elevator always appreciated. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean and has character but hotel is a little older. Wardrobe smelled a bit. Had a room overlooking the road so some traffic noise. Location a 20-30 minute walk to main part of town. Was shown a room in hallway, smelled bad as the only window opened to hallway so no fresh air and no natural light, if you open window or curtain everyone can see in. Rooms on either end much better.

Nice location
Hotel has nice location, staff are nice and friendly but room was not as promised, i had booked a premier room they gave me a standard room by the cooridor with a stand in shower that fills the entire room with water if you consider taking one. Also internet doesn’t work inside the rooms although they have promised so. I had an issue with my payment and hotel told me about it 2 minutes before I left and took the money from my credit card without agreeing with me, but to be honest they provided me with a free taxi to bus shuttle when I was late! Food is very nice and haygene is good, but I will certainly stay somewhere else next time. Thanks

Nice Hotel by the Lakeside
The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive, the rooms are not luxurious but clean. Definitely, recommended.

Lovely Pokhara hotel
It was every bit as nice as it looks on the website. Located near the lake and park. A rooftop terrace has beautiful views of the mountains. We were very fortunate to be upgraded to the “Royal Suite” with its own private 4th floor garden. Dinner and breakfast were very good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Comfortable hotel away from the hustle and bustle
This hotel came from a recommendation and we were not disappointed. It is very comfortable, a little away from the hustle and bustle of lakeside but still close enough to walk everywhere. Buffet breakfast was delicious and we also had a lunch here which was probably our best meal in Pokhara.

Excellent hotel
We visited Pokhara a very cool Nepalese city.27 degrees in February. Great hotel - food cleanliness . We spent three days there . Great rooftop shared with Bushmills and king Edwards cigars with Taliking Heads & Willy Nelson providing most of the sound track. My mate adds gorgeous reception staff too

Dahlia hotel is an awesome place to stay at lakeside. Hotel staff (Bikas Gautam & Prem along with Shobhit, Pradeep needs special mention) is very courteous and are ever ready to assist. Overall am amazing experience.

Real Boutique
Selected this hotel to experience some local ethnicity. The hotel lived up to my expectations in terms of decor, service, cleanliness and most important its staff. Front desk staff notably Prem and Deepika were very helpful. So was the staff in the kitchen. The hotel is on the Phewa lakeside drive with all amenities close by. This hotel gives a home experience with beautiful decor.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location
We had a very nice three-night stay at this hotel after completing the Annapurna Circuit. The location is wonderful and close to many nice bars, restaurants, convenience stores, and souvenir shops. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was very good and included both hot and cold items, as well as fresh salads and fruit. We enjoyed the lovely rooftop terrace with beautiful views of some of the world's highest mountains. The hotel restaurant was very reasonably priced and served delicious food with both western and local options - everything we tried was delicious. We loved our time in Pokhara and at this hotel in particular, and we would definitely return in the future.

Less than expected
Based on Dahlia's rating, we expected more from this stay. The hotel seems to have a lot of potential but too many details are off for it to be good. Check-in was great! Dipika (front desk lady) was very pleasant and checked us in around 9 a.m., which was great! The room is nice. A bit dusty. The door to the patio doesn't close well. There is a strong food smell in the room most of the day and through the night. That's quite unpleasant. The Jacuzzi tub doesn't work. The shower was lukewarm the first night and cool the second night. The free breakfast included a variety of cooked dishes and a cook available to make omelettes on demand, which is cool. The items in the buffet were all bellow par. The coffee was instant powder. The "croissants" were tough and tasted stale. I got a piece of plastic wrapper (the size of a quarter) in my mouth. I showed one of the staff members there. He took the plastic and the croissant and never came back. The front patio is very pleasant. The hotel is al little far from the good restaurants and shops.

Not an ideal location
This hotel is certainly nice, the lobby is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was great the first morning, just okay the next. The staff is very polite, girls are super sweet. The reason I wouldn't stay again is bc I simply think it's not worth the money, and the location isn't good. If you are going to stay in Pokhara, you need to be at the other end of lakeside to be near the good restaurants, shopping, etc, unless you don't mind walking 15-20 minutes every time back and forth. The restaurants right near the hotel are the most expensive ones in lakeside. The next couple nights I spent $27 LESS per night for a hotel with a great location.

An overnight stay in Pokhara
Very pleasant neighborhood by the lake and close to the airport. Hotel can arrange tour guide and driver so a lot of time searching for direction can be better utilized.
