"Stipe Residence was perfect for our Split stay! The room was spacious with a great bathroom, and the AC worked tremendously well. Bus stop is just steps away (used it frequently to get around downtown Split) and there is a beach is right across the street with tons of restaurants along it. Location can't be beat - everything you need within walking distance, including a market. Definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Split!"

"Nice studio apartment with kitchen. Great view from the room and patio, plus a really nice seating area over the water. Stairs down to the beach. Excellent directions to the parking. Be prepared for a lot of stairs down to the apartment if you have luggage. "

"A lovely apartment with Amazing views very peaceful listening to the waves .we were also lucky enough on three mornings to see dolphins while having our breakfast on the balcony…definitely recommend and hopefully we will return."

"The room was very outdated and obsolete. As we checked-in the owner took a screwdriver to fix one of the cabinet doors. The property owner was struggling with his English. The water flow at the shower was fairly low."

"What we really liked was that the property was very clean, the room had all new amenities with everything that we could need (coffee maker, water boiler, etc). There are lounge chairs with umbrellas, everything of high quality. The owner was very helpful at all times. We felt safe, beautiful view from the terrace. Clean beaches, impeccable cleanliness, high quality building materials. Everything was close by. We really enjoyed our stay here. "

"Loved our stay here. The host was so helpful, kind, professional, and made our honeymoon stay memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. I’m not sure why people stay in split when Podstrana is prettier and not as crowded. Would ABSOLUTELY stay again. "
