"The property is in a really good area close to Portaventura and the beach. The apartments are a bit outdated but nothing much the staff are really nice and friendly. A big thing I was disappointed in was finding out we couldn’t check in till 17:00 when are flight landed at 13:15. But overall I would definitely stay here again."

"The bungalow was located in a quiet area of the camping and had all the amenities one would need for a week-long holiday. I particularly appreciated the blinds AND black out curtains in all rooms making it possible to sleep in despite bright morning light. The resort was great with plenty of pools, playgrounds for kids and well equipped kids club - with an indoor space make believe play areas(bakery, florist, ice cream parlour and many more) . "The apartments are fine but very expensive for what they are and the facilities eg although there’s a lovely terrace there are no loungers. The price was 1 to 2 higher than nearby apartments that offered more. On arrival our balcony doors didn’t lock. We called and someone came to check but we had to sleep feeling unsafe. The next day I rebooted again and the helpful receptionist sorted. There were additional charges he’s for washing towels more than once a week! Plus a charge for the safe so...

"This hotel is excellent.only issue i had was towels on sunbeds early in mornings ,reception and restaurant staff were very friendly .i got a room upgrade and it was very large .back bar was very quite for a drink with family.food is best i had in salou over all the times i have been going there.it is definately worth the money you pay to stay here."

"I had an absolute fabulous time, and the young man on night shift call Henry who could speak English was so helpful as I flew into Madrid and and had to get two trains and Taxis to get to my hotel and I was so worried about getting back to Madrid I ask the receptios Henry who could speak very good English who told me I had to go to camp Taragona to get the fast train to Madrid he was very helpful pointing me in the right direction thank you very much and I will be coming back to the hotel very soon as the food and accommodation was beautiful thank you Caroline jenkins ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "

"Really enjoyed the overall visit, facilities were great, buffet was well organised! Unfortunately I did have someone next to me who had a child making a lot of noise so it did mean not much sleep, but would happily return! Staff were very friendly also!"

"We have just returned from our stay and we really enjoyed it. The staff are so friendly and welcoming especially Raymond on the animation team , they are so nice and friendly,the rooms are clean and nicely equipped, the beds are a bit firm . Food was nice and plentiful, in all a great place to stay , oh and pool is lovely but very cold . "
