"Staff was friendly, rooms clean. Breakfast was pretty minimal but it was free so I can’t complain. The only thing that I took a star off for was the door handle to our room was loose and made it very difficult to turn enough to get in. The staff told us that they were having to replace all the doorknobs due to some kind of manufacturing issue. The water pressure and temp was also inconsistent. "

"We didn’t have any towels, and then when they brought towels up, they only brought towels up for one person. And then the couples next to us just kept arguing all night and then at six in the morning the couple to the right of us were fighting so bad we thought someone was going to get murdered. Hotel was kind of clean, just very rundown."

"Sad but true no hot water for a shower on the night I arrived and also no hot water the next morning at 10 am."

Shower curtains and bathroom walls had stains. Breakfast included cold soggy (thawed) egg patties"

"Upon checking into my room on the third floor, I was immediately hit with the smell of fish that was clearly trying to be hidden with a powerful spray. I went back k to the lobby to request a room change and the front desk said they were fully booked. The manager then joined in and asked what room I was in and she immediately knew it was the room that “smelled like fish”. She then said “would you like for me to go up and spray it?”- no. While escorting me to my new room on the 6th floor she said “we should close that room until we figure out where it is coming from… we can’t find it”. Hotel is dated. I would not stay again. Upon checking out, a mother and daughter were being told they were overbooked and being offered the Marriott across the street. I won’t stay here again."
