"Winter decorations were over the top. Breakfast was awesome along with the staff. Clean. Only complaint was heater was set at 64 when we walked into the room. It had to be 74 or higher in the room. Had to shut it off to cool the room down. Is the best stocked BW with towels and cups. Thank you. "

"We needed to book a one night stay in the area south of Boston and chose the Double Tree by Hilton in Rockland. It was a convenient location and we enjoyed a clean and quiet room. Front desk staff could not have been frriendlier and check in was flawless. In addition, it has a Bar and Grill on site so, when we arrived at the hotel just after 7:00 PM after a long day, we were able to have a nice relaxing meal and cold beverage at thier on premises restaurant and found decent food and outstanding service by the bartender. I would recommend this hotel if you need a hotel just south of Boston, aka, on "The South Shore" of Massachusetts. "

"The franchisee needs to come in and spend some money on this place. Shade was ripped so streetlights came in at night. The bedside light was blitzkreig bright. Blinded me just trying to watch tv. Must say, the bed was comfortable so no worries there. But, the bathroom was in serious need of a deep, deep clean. The staff was indifferent - barely registering me at check-in and check-out. The breakfast buffet was laughable. I took a look and called it good. But it wasn't. Yeah, so I could say, "I got what I paid for" if I had been paying $75 instead of the $100 that I actually paid. Sorry to be harsh but I owned an inn for 16+ years. I know hospitality when I see it."

"Easy 45 min drive to Providence for a show and clean well appointed rooms. Great free breakfast too. Perfect for a weekend stay. "

"Room was filthy, mold on the ceilings, all of the bed side tables had water damage. There was mold in bathroom and around doorframe of the room. We saw a mouse in our room twoce and when I approached the hotel on it i was told it was normal for this time of year and to start worrying when i see one of the big rats. The rooms phone didnt work. The plug sparked at me when i plugged in my phone. My mother in laws room had a hole in the ceiling and mold around the hole. We found mold in all 3 of the rooms we booked. All 3 had mice issues and we were told that since booked through 3rd party we had to go thru them to get refunded. "
