"I booked a double room with window, but they gave a single without window. Called and no one reply! The towel and the blanket are dirty and smelly, even the maid took my own towel and I CANNOT find them to get it back, called and messaged and no reply!!! I don’t understand how they operate. "The place is not suitable for travelling tourists First at all they charged us extra for private Washrooms 100 Honk Kong dollars a day Then in the room is not even kettle,fridge Or microwave.in 16 floors building is only one drinking water dispenser in the 13 floor and of course No ice machine is available either also beddings change out is provided every 4 day but towels can be changed in the office daily.we can’t recommend this property at all"

"The location is very center downtown Good. The room I got in leaked & flooded because problem from upstairs, in the middle of 1.45 am. When I was checked in they gave me a room inside the block with a refrigerator & microwave I had to push it back outside and take 15 minutes & inside the room TV was just formality only & couldn't work. No towel was provided & the lift takes down or up must be waiting for around 10-15 minutes. I'd rather use Airbnb or hotel nearby. Thanks for your perfect...

"This hotel was quite literally the worst place I have ever stayed. Every picture that they have is fake and highly edited. There is mold, rust, bed bugs, a terrible smell, and my room had a constant drip going from the ceiling. Men stand outside of the location harassing you daily as you come in and out.
