We had a great stay at Green Valley! The room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. It was exactly what we needed after our day hiking in Plitvice. We added on the breakfast which was great and convenient before we got on the road to Split.

We had a lovely stay at this family-managed guest house near the Plitvice Lakes. The host was super kind and friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. We had dinner at the house and it was delicious, breakfast was also well presented and had lots of options (including delicious home made jams). The property is only a 5min drive from the National Park entrance and has parking on site, perfect to relax after a long hike!

My sister, a friend and I stayed here for one night prior to visiting Plitvice National Park. Our room was super comfortable, clean and cozy. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast there too which was fresh and delicious. The location, just a few kms down the road from parking area 2 was very convenient.

Superb lodge and fantastic host!
Lovely lodge near Plitvice national park. Very comfy bed, cosy and superb lodge. Harry, the owner, is a lovely host and recommended good places to eat. We would give a 10/10 as it was an absolute pleasure to stay there. Thank you!

Harry and his family were AMAZING service! Very friendly! Food was home cooked and very nice! Great backyard for kids to play and rest! Rooms were clean and comfortable. A fee minutes by car from Entrance2. Amazing place!!!

Exceptional Hospitality
Beautiful property near Plitvice Lakes with exceptional hospitality. We were greeted upon arrival and asked if we would like dinner service that evening, as well as breakfast in the morning. The property has a beautiful dining room with stellar hospitality. The room was beautiful with a private balcony overlooking the stunning valley.

The lodge was clean and staff very friendly. Even though most of the staff spoke no English. Lots of free Parking available. The only criticism I would give is that the place is hard to find(even with Google Maps/Waze) we also had to deal with a flight of stairs To our room.(easy if you don’t have any luggage) In our case we were lucky that someone on staff was available to assist with the luggage. Very limited dining options.

This functioned more like a guest house instead of a hotel. It was hard to find even with my GPS. Breakfast was very good and was not free. Adequate parking, definitely need a car. No room service during our 2 daystay. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. It took several minutes before water turned hot. Kitchen closed without warning for dinner. This was a disappointing stay.

Cute hotel
The hotel was nice and comfortable. The host was very friendly and even brought free wine to our room. We didn’t eat dinner here but the breakfast was huge and tasty. Only downside is that it’s a couple miles from the park and from any restaurants or grocery stores. I would suggest only staying here if you have a rental car.

Wonderful family run guesthouse. Rooms were spotless and located on a very cute property. Make sure you have breakfast at the guesthouse before heading out to the park. ( cereal, eggs, bread meats and cheese, fruit and the most delicious chocolate croissants)

This was a true gem...a sparkling clean mountain cabin with wonderful amenities. The host, Harris, was absolutely marvelous! We also had an amazing dinner on site, and fabulous breakfast. This place is a rare find, and I could not recommend it more highly!!! Harris will also give you good advice for going into the national park. Wonderful place!!!

Lovely Homestay - Clean & Convenient
Looks newly renovated and very clean room. Ample parking available onsite. Nice green setting, peaceful and quiet. Friendly local hosts! Everything was very good except for one small point the water was not that warm for shower at night.

Scam
The hotel and room were fine however the gentleman who tried to check us in tried to scam us on park tickets. He told us that th tickets were all sold out but he had a friend who could get us two tickets for the park and he offered a higher price than was online. We went by the park that evening and there were “lots of tickets” and most visitors did not come with tickets already purchased. I hate being taken advantage of as a traveler and was very frustrated by the proprietor’s scam.

The new log house felt very cozy although the room was a bit on the small side. It was clean and provided toiletries which many others in the regions did not. The hosts (young brothers) were very friendly and efficient. The location provided easy and quick access to Plitvice National Park.

Charming Rustic Country Lodge
The accommodation was excellent, a very spacious living space in a quiet rural setting. The room was very clean and the mattresses were very comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating and flexible. Finding the place was very difficult and it didn’t appear on our GPS. The stairs to the room were very steep and narrow. The location was very convenient for visiting Plitvice National Park.

Nice location
Pleasant stay. Property is about 800m from the main road which makes it quiet from traffic. You need a car to stay here. Property has 3 floors and 8 rooms. If you have heavy baggage you may like to request for the ground or first floor.

Nice base to visit Plitvice Lakes
This was a short drive from Plitvice Lakes and the local town. They offer evening meals and breakfast but only take cash. Bring some wine to make use of the wine glasses! All modern and nice balcony in room.

Favorite hotel ever!
There was a small issue with our booking, they couldn't find it at first but they were very nice and gave us a room anyways while they figured it out and were sincerely apologetic. However, this was my favorite hotel that I've ever stayed at!!! Absolutely beautiful place. It smelt amazing throughout the hotel and our room. The comforter on the bed was so soft and comfy. The shower was very relaxing, bathroom was gorgeous. We even had a nice balcony or picnic tables to sit at in the open yard. The floor boards did creak a bit which made me nervous that I was waking the other guests but not a big deal. This was also the only hotel we saw with a 4 star in the area. Its very close to the plitvice lake entrances and many restaurants. They also cook breakfast and dinner for you at whatever time you want! It was great. Everything about this place was so beautiful. Seriously my favorite hotel. Even the air conditioning unit had some cool features, like a night light.

Harry was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We had everything we needed, we were able to recharge before heading back to the city. It was a very short drive to the Entrance 2 of the Plitvice Park. On our last night, we had the veal at the guesthouse and it was truly delicious! I recommend the place to anyone wanting to disconnect and breathe some fresh mountain air :)

Excellent stay at Green Valley, lovely Riom and friendly staff, great experience with both dinner and breakfast, while within 6min of entrance 1 of Plitvice Park by car. Really satisfied with this stay, especially at such an affordable Price!
