We stayed for three nights with a young child. The property is walkable to the park entrance and ferry. We also enjoyed the playground, bunnies and the friendly staff. We dined twice for dinner and the food was very good. Very friendly staff and homey food we appreciated.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Very close to the park entry. Unfortunately the place doesn’t provide the comfort it charges for. The water pressure and temperature varies randomly so you get ice cold or boiling hot water in the shower and sink, you can feel the springs in the mattress, the minibar has a loud never stopping fan, there was no room cleaning until we asked for it. The food in the restaurant (for lunch/dinner) was also very disappointing, but the breakfast was okay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great, you can walk to the lakes/ waterfalls in about 15 minutes. The WiFi isn’t that great but it was not a major problem. We would recommend staying!

Etno Gardens - peaceful haven at Plitvice

The hotel is on the far side of Plitvice Lakes, a little bit further to get to but totally worth it as its far quieter than the main entrance area. You can access the park on foot from the hotel to P3 on the National park map. The hotel is made up of several buildings surrounded by well maintained gardens and is very peaceful, you can hear the birds chirping in the morning! The rooms have been recently refurbished to a good standard and are spacious, we had a junior suite which had ample room for the 4 of us, a fridge, microwave, sink and hob. The extra beds were 2 singles which my children were delighted with as they didn't have to share. The restaurant is a short walk away through the gardens and serves delicious local food, beer and wine. The staff are superb, (especially Erik and Vatroslav) they gave us excellent advise on how to experience the park avoiding the mass of day trippers and even collected our tickets for us. Nothing was too much trouble, our daughter turned 10 whilst we were there and they helped organise a cake for her! We stayed for 2 nights and would happily come back again to experience the hotel and area in a different season.

The reception desk staff was nice and professional, but the affiliated restaurant staff (even at etno house) was hopeless. Otherwise the hotel and rooms were great, and very good location.

멋진 자연과 함께 할수 있는 숙소

너무나 멋진 자연경관과 아침에 일어나면 상쾌한 공기와 도시에서는 보기힘든 깨끗한 아침이슬이 미소짓게 만들었습니다. 청결은 사람마다 다르겠지만 자연속에 있는걸 감안하면 깨끗한 수준인것 같습니다. 다만 추위를 느낄수도 있습니다. 플리트비체 H코스 이용에 최적화되어있는 숙소로 숙소에 머무르는 동안 차량이용이 필요없고 특히 남자아이가 있는 가족의 경우 축구골대가 있어 마음껏 뛰어놀수 있습니다. 운이 좋으면 조랑말과 같이 축구를 할수도 있구요

Great location.

Within walking distance to the park. Very friendly and most accommodating staff. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and very cozy. The breakfast and coffee which was an additional charge was quite nice. We also opted for dinner at the Etno gardens. The food was all very fresh, and it was nice to have the option after a long day of traveling.

Perfect Service and Location

First, I must rave about the service. Personal. Intimate. All out. Down to laying out the best approach to taking on the park. This place is perfect for a day in Plitvice Lakes park. You can walk directly from the property into the park with no hassles...I imagine it's easier than even being in the park, where you're subjected to large bus-tour groups. The hotel itself is charming. Comfortable apartment units suitable for any traveler or family. Great rates. Nice breakfast buffet and lovely outdoor dinner area.

Very spacious and clean "Cabin-like" hotel

Such a beautiful quaint spot for your to enjoy that "cabin-like feeling" while staying close to Plitvice Lakes. The staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend to stay here!
