The service was very good, very clean property. Location was great! ( the street looks kind of shady, but a block away from the resort you have everything accessible ) The only negative part was that you have to walk 3 floors up (45 steps) to your room in the resident side, they do have someone to help with the luggage. The room was small and the mattress in the room was very uncomfortable.

Just returned home from a 4 night break at the Neoma hotel. Loved everything about our stay - rooms & service impeccable. Rooftop pool bar has stunning views and great food. We travelled with a 2yr old and staff were very helpful providing oat milk and accommodating his fascination with the pool shower! Breakfast was delicious with good quality local foods on the buffet and hot cooked to order items available. Neoma’s great strength is its friendly and welcoming staff team, nothing is too much trouble for them.

"The ocean view was beautiful and the room was well appointed and clean My only negative comment is that the room was small. It did not seem to be as big as advertised (25 sq metres). It may be that big with the balcony included, but I normally don’t consider a balcony to be a part of the living space. ..."
