"The hotel was only opened at the beginning of May 2026 and we stayed here between the seventh and ninth Everything practically brand-new and they are still getting over the initial teething problems, although I they did not have any issues or problems The place is spotlessly clean. The staff are very friendly. There is Apple Parking but for us the only thing was that the pool which is not heated was too cold to use at this time of year."

10/10 Excellent

"Lovely sea views with balcony. Perfect for the two of us. Very comfortable beds with immaculately clean bed linen. Close to shops and the beach. The railway station is just a few streets away, perfect for getting out and about. The staff were excellent, in particular Maria who cleaned our room. She spoke very good English and allowed me to practice my Spanish with her. All staff were very helpful and we were pleased to be able to book an excursion to Ronda and Setenil De Las Bodegas from the hotel."

"For 5 star hotel some areas lack attention. First room allocated was pretty poor. Dirty glass on balcony, grubby tiles. Even worse was view below of major rennovation work. Building trucks and banging from 8am. Asked to move but told nothing available for 2 days and to contact reception next day. Was lucky to get a move to a much better room. Its not clear which areas are available to hotel guests. Most facilities on website encounter extra charges."

"⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. When I arrived and checked in, I specifically confirmed with the receptionist that breakfast was included in my booking. He confirmed that it was and even gave me the breakfast opening times. However, when I went for breakfast the following morning, I was told that breakfast was not included. This was very frustrating, especially as I am diabetic and pregnant. I explained the situation, but I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously and there was little effort made to help resolve the issue. The room itself was also not up to standard, as the toilet had an unpleasant smell throughout our stay. In addition, we were not informed before booking that the spa facilities were unavailable. Had this been made clear in advance, it may have affected our decision to stay at the hotel. Overall, the communication was poor, and the experience did not meet expectations. I hope the hotel improves its customer service and is more transparent with guests about available facilities in the future."

"Excellent stay, highly recommended. The owner and all staff are very friendly. Excellent taste in decoration and music. The breakfast is amazing and we had the private Spanish dinner which was such a wonderful experience (kudos to Marian for her paella making skills!!). Beautiful sea views and the pool was great too."
