"Bien!"

"Guilla from reception was so welcoming she went above and more to make us feel special which was a great first impression our room was clean and had everything we needed we did spot a cockroach on the balcony which didn’t bother me as it was outside but my wife was worried we called reception and soon after a gentleman arrived at the door sprayed the balcony and the doors never seen any insects after that"

"Excellent 6 night stay for Starmus festival! There are surprisingly few parking spaces for a hotel of this size, but we had no problem and staff would readily sort spaces for guests where mone were evident."

"Tutto come da descrizione"

The layout of the buffet also unfortunately leads to a bottleneck. Included drinks are local only. The site is hilly so if you struggle to walk you will need to have a room close to the pool area. The room layout (family suite), we felt was a terrible design - the steep (and slippery) stairs down are right by the front...

"Excellent accommodation and very friendly staff. "
