"My room was supposed to be non-smoking but it wasn't and stunk of cigarettes. When I got there I rang the doorbell to check in, after several time someone showed up and the first thing he said was do you have a reservation? At 8 AM for checking out there was no one at the desk for me to drop my car off with and I was not about to leave it in...
