"A l’arrivé, pas de code d’entrée ni la clé. On a du appelé plusieurs fois pour obtenir cela. 1/2h plus tard, rentée dans l’appart, surprise, le lieu n’était pas nettoyé. Il y a tu des traces de chips, poussière gris au sol, sous le lit. J’ai immédiatement contacté, encore 1 fois, qu’il m’a dit que le lieu était nettoyé… Il ma dit qu’il nous envoie la femme de ménage lendemain mais jamais venue, on a jamais plus entendu! "The rooms were clean and sparse. The loft rooms were fun with kids but would be very difficult for anyone over 6’ to manage. The staff was okay. They weren’t exceptionally friendly. Very limited English speakers so made it difficult at times. They take your card to have on file for incidentals but you can’t actually charge anything to your room. The restaurant was not great. The video games are cool but good luck using them. Usually two people would be camped out for the evening at then. Also didn’t love the location. Next time we will stay in Chamonix so we don’t have to wait on the bus. The busses run every 30 mins and are almost always late and over crowded. "

"We LOVED our stay here. My fiancé and I stayed one night to explore Chamonix and this hotel was a way more affordable option. They even gave us a complementary upgrade to our room so that we had a mountain view! Very clean rooms, big bathrooms, wonderful and welcoming staff, amazing breakfast and many options to choose from. They also had a very cozy foyer with a bar. On the first floor, there’s a great rec room for larger groups to hangout and play pool/cards etc. Definitely will be staying there again if we ever go back. "
