"Old style hotel but we did prefer it to its sister hotel The Princess… average 20 Min walk into the town and port.. Breakfast was great. We did have dinner in the restaurant one evening and the food was lovely. Staff are full of character, helpful, and you can see that they try their hardest to accommodate all guests. The hotel does need updating …but I would stay there again "

The staff are professional yet friendly and accommodating, we were always well looked after at breakfast, at the pool and at the bar area. Food was delicious and wine selection was good. The staff helped us with a few crossword clues!
Our suite was large with a striking design, and just a step from the pool area. Room was incredibly clean, and plunge pool on the terrace was a lovely touch at the end of a hot day.

"Perfect quiet location. Very convenient to the bus station which I used to visit the various beautiful beaches. My room had a kitchenette area so I was able to get food from local store and keep in mini frigerator for my convenience. It’s easy breeze walking distance 5 minutes to get to Skiathos town center which is vibrant and where all the restaurants shops and bars/cafes are. The nearby New Port is nearby and lovely to walk by. I hope to return again in the future! "
"We booked a superior suite and had plenty of Space. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi and the mini Bar which was refilled every day for free. The delicious breakfast was served every Morning on the terrace with a great sea and mountain view. The Pool area was very clean, lovely maintained and had private Space.

La Villa si trova a Kolios, su una collina, a 100 metri dalla strada principale, il che ci ha permesso di stare fuori dal caos ma con possibilità di rapidi spostamenti nell’isola. "Hotel Kostis was great value and overall perfect for what we needed. It’s a basic hotel room, no bells or whistles, but the location is perfect, right in the core of all the shops and restaurants. The staff and owner are wonderful, friendly, helpful, and kind. The hotel is clean and cute, if a tad dated, but for the price and location I would not complain at all.
