We were only here for one night since we just needed a stay that would get us closer to our next stop and didn’t want to drive late at night but we definitely wouldn’t mind staying longer to relax. The host is very friendly and kind she goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed! "

"Clean rooms and friendly staff. La Fortuna is about a 30 min drive. The friendly (Giovanni and Louis) make the drive worth it. We were able to spot sloth from the facility (guess we were lucky). I would definitely recommend it if you are on a budget. "

"Rooms are old and bathrooms doesn’t flush properly. There are no other attractions around and have to go to la fortuna for any activity which is an hour drive. The resort is good with thermal spas and pools ."

"We loved the pools! Our girls had a great time on the water slides and we really liked how family friendly it is. Rooms are a bit dated but fine. Initially the property feels too big and spread out but after we got the lay of the land, we really liked it. We explored the lake by the lookout and it was lovely! The men renting kayaks and paddle boards were very sweet and we enjoyed talking to them and hearing about the history of Los Lagos. "
