Everything was ok, Great Breakfast 👍, friendly staff, easy parking, they just need to upgrade the bed sofa, it was poor condition.

We had a good week at this hotel. Pros: good breakfast variety every day, comfortable beds, full kitchen for cooking, kids enjoyed afternoon hot chocolate bar, short cab ride to attractions. Cons: pool was unheated most of the week and dishes & cutlery in our room’s kitchen were sparse. But overall, happy with our choice.

I stayed in a king studio for one night and had no problems. The property is a little dated but everything in the room was clean and in working condition. The WiFi was great. Parking was really easy. Check-in was fast.

We had originally booked pur stay for pur Disneyland vacation at Worldmark Anaheim. We were informed that our reservation was canceled four days before our trip. We had two other options given to us, both Resident Inn by Marriott hotels. We picked this location unfortunately. The room was so dirty with broken furniture and horrible beds. We will never stay here again. The room had food splatter all over the kitchen walls. My grandsons socks were completely black on the bottom. The dishwasher had dirty dishes still on it. We found clothing in the bedroom from the previous guest. The coach had food stains all over it. Just a horrible experience 💯

Best breakfast around!!!
Breakfast was amazing, by far the best I have even had at a hotel. They go above and Briton’s keeping the space clean and having extra toppings, sauces, and fresh options. The room we were in was slightly dated but very nice and comfortable. Didn’t love that parking is $9 a night but not to bad compared to many places that are $25-$35 per night.

Parking is not free and $100 tax pet fee even for 1 night stay. Which was never mentioned and hard to find on the website

Carpets and floors were so dirty the bottom of my feet were black when I walked around the room with my shoes off. Had lots of little flies in the room which took me a few days to kill at least a dozen or more of them. Asked 2 times to vacuum the floor at it never happened. They were “short staffed”

The location and hotel were great from a picture standpoint. The room was extremely hot and made things extremely uncomfortable, I didn't sleep well at all. I left early because of it.

It was very difficult to open the door, also electronic key didn’t work one night, they never clean the room, no shampoo nor body soap, 1 bathroom sink was clogged.

Checked in on 6/5/2023 and checked out on 06/11/2023. During our stay the wifi and TV Internet providers (Netflix,Hulu,Prime) were unavailable, property stated their internet provider's server was down and was out of their control. Provided free parking ($9.00 per night) for this inconvenience. Went to the hotel pool on two different days, water was extremely cold. It seems they do have a pool water heater but only turn it on briefly as we felt the warm water coming from the jets but then turned off. On-site laundry did not wash our clothes properly, dryer left clothes extremely damp. Had to hang clothes all over room and blow dry most items. Property sits next to freeway with a ditch in between. First night there witnessed 2 men and a female stealing copper wire from somewhere in the ditch and load it into their car that was parked next to hotel. On our fourth morning, a homeless man with a full face mask was lying on the property's grass under a tree. Man appeared intoxicated as he was twitching his arms and legs everywhere. Property states rooms are "smoking free" but our room smelled like cigarette throughout our stay. I was highly disappointed with most of my stay at this property, especially since we had our 2 small children.

We had to book this room last minute and we were grateful to find this hotel. That being said, there is a lot of room for improvement. Warning to those who stay in building #5. There is a fence at the edge of the property that has been tampered with. There was a homeless woman coming in and out of there and walking in the hotel property. She started yelling horribly for help and and creating unnecessary scene. Apparently according to other guest this issue has been going on for a while. I called the front desk and they are aware. The only reason I’m writing this review is because i think people should know this before they decide to here. The smell in the room was pretty bad. You can smell it on you when after you leave….

Room Needs An Air Freshener
There was an uneasy odor in the room. Not sure if it was from someone's cooking or not, but it was uncomfortable to sleep in the room. I had to open up the windows to air the room out and leave it open. Perhaps having an air freshener in the rooms would be helpful.

Check in was okay, was informed at the desk about a $9 parking fee. Was temporarily locked out of and in the room as the door kept sticking and was difficult to open the door. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

We liked the layout of the room. The transition piece from living room to kitchen was coming up with nails sticking through. The upper bathroom had water damage to the floor which was just covered up and was very soft and concerning.
