"The tv, the volume did not work. The carpet was wet…weird. Wondered why the bottoms of my shoes were wet when I went to the bathroom. Removed them, the carpet was wet after stepping of the entry floor. Just a yuck feeling."

"Everything was fine until I went to take a shower. The shower control bearings were out and would not turn on. I requested maintenance multiple times as we had an event to attend. The front desk said he would be right up, but never cane. We eventually had to leave without showering. Ran into maintenance ..."
