"It was an amazing place, the garden we loved it and the view every morning having breakfast and watching sunset just woow. I really recommend it for everyone and if you live there you really need to taste the food at the restaurant Windy Place, very good service felt like home."

"Chambre parfaite , très bien décorée et équipée. Chambre avec un jacuzzi privatif, que du plaisir apres une bonne journée de plage ou une bonne randonnée. Établissement ouvert depuis juin 2025, donc quelques finitions à l'extérieur ,pas de piscine sur place , alors que sur le descriptif de la chambre c'était marqué, la piscine se trouve en fait dans la partie hôtel de l'autre côté de la rue environ 100 m, comme le petit-déjeuner à prendre. "We were the first booking for the season, so felt like we had a the whole place to ourselves. The property, and our villa, were incredible and the views out to the ocean were amazing. Loved our villa and was perfect size for our family. Appreciated the fresh fruit. Our host was there to greet us and communication throughout our entire stay was excellent. The property is beautiful, and it felt so relaxing to enjoy the sun in the Cretan hillside. Only wished we stayed longer!"

"A fantastic place to stay. If you want to have a small Greek village experience, you will love this hotel’s location. Yet, it’s an easy drive to several ancient sites and the cool town of Matala. Small family run restaurants are within a short picturesque stroll. The locals are friendly and welcoming. The small village has shops and everything you need for your stay. The local wine is delicious. We had the top floor suite with a private outside area with incredible views of the sea and islands. Parking is easy. Simply drop your bags by the door and head to the hotel’s private parking lot which is not far from the hotel. There are directions in the room to find parking. WiFi was good. We truly enjoyed our stay. "

"Ignored and Disappointed: Poor Communication by Hotel Management When we extended our stay, the hotel staff failed to inform us about a special 50% May discount. Although the manager later compensated us nicely, our experience with the hotel’s loyalty program has been extremely disappointing. Since our stay, we've made multiple attempts to register for the hotel’s loyalty membership. Despite discussing this directly with reception upon checkout (we were promised a follow-up that never came) and sending three subsequent emails, we've received no response whatsoever. It feels as though the hotel is deliberately avoiding our registration to prevent us from receiving the 10% discount on our next visit, especially concerning given their initial oversight regarding the 50% discount. We remain puzzled by this complete lack of communication from hotel management."
