"The hotel was quite nice despite the appearance of the neighborhood; it is well located, only a couple of blocks from the main plaza. Check-in was efficient and the staff friendly and helpful, but English is limited. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, complete with refrigerator and balcony. ..."
