"We booked this really close to time and we ended up with breakfast included, which was great this time. We also asked for extended parking time, which I suspect we paid extra for, even though I had rung especially to ask and thought that it was fine. That said, we didn't have to worry about inner city parking while we shopped."

"We were initially given a room that was not ready it had not been cleaned from its previous guests The walls in the hallway were marked and dirty the elevator walls and doors had not been wiped for a very long time by the look of them (this was in both lifts) The shower glass in the bathroom had streaks down it The heat pump blew out stale smelling air. One of the windows had been left open behind closed blinds which we didn't see until we opened the blinds the next morning The Ramada hotels in other countries are top class hotels very clean in all areas. The Ramada in Hamilton is not up to the standard of other Ramada hotels and I will not be staying there again For the price and the selling point being a high class hotel I was extremely disappointed"
