Only small issue was we couldn’t use the breakfast dining room as we had a dog with us. It’s a buffet breakfast so completely understandable. Service was lovely. No complaints at all"

"We waited 15 minutes at reception until someone turned up to check us in. We were only able to have a cold starter and dessert for our meal as 'there was a problem with the kitchen' but we were charged for 3 courses. The bedroom accommodation was more 'hostel' than hotel. The shower room was good and the beds were clean but the bedroom door would not close fully, there were cobwebs on the ceiling and the carpet was dirty. BUT our evening waitress was delighful. Overall, we were overcharged...
