"Thr room was decorated beautifully and was super clean. I felt so safe.
I wish my view was not of the parking garage. They did offer me another room but wanted to charge an upgrade but I said no because I was only going to be there 1 night and didn't want to pay the extra fee.
I was also charged a parking fee along with the resort fee which were surprises."

"It was a quiet lodge. No staff were around, which wasn't an issue for our 1 night stay. The room was comfortable, and nicely decorated.
A few bottles of water in the fridge would be a nice addition. We appreciated the hot cocoa and tea selection as non-coffee drinkers."

"The room has a bathroom door that was impossible to close, so it remained halfway open. We called for towels and waited over an hour for the delivery. Restaurants were few and the Saltgrass was not good and wait staff even more useless. Not even a single bottle of lotion in the bathroom. I would not recommend this hotel or use it again."

"Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The room needed to be vacuumed better as there were giant crumbs under the tv stand. The makeup light wasn't working. We already knew before we booked that the pool was under construction and that we would need to visit Harrah's. The Harrah's pool could definitely use some upgrades! The pool showers were full of mold and the water backed up quickly even just rinsing off. We really enjoyed the plush robes in the room. That was a really nice touch!"

"This is a nice place to stay within walking distance of the harbor and restaurants. There was construction going on with jackhammers starting at 8:00am on this property and the one next to it. We went down to use the hot tub and there was a notice that said the jets were not working. We decided to try to sit in the hot tub anyway, and it was not being heated. We went to the front desk to let them know, and they seemed very surprised. When the maintenance person let us know, it was finally...
