"The Creekside Inn is basic, but in Alpine County, if that's where you want to be (and it offers incredible outdoor opportunities and natural beauty year-round!), basic is pretty good. It's quiet, and not at all as pricey as most of the alternatives (of which there are very few). Fabulous restaurant, Stonefly, across the street, is open for dinner Th-Sun. "Great location and staff. The old rooms have old carpet smell/musty. Old furniture and no easy charging plugs. We were put next to elevators which We could hear all night. The elevators seem like they need repair. One was out of order. The casino and main floor areas were nice and pool area very nice."

"We loved staying there! We would’ve stayed longer but it was totally booked. We would recommend it to anyone looking to stay near the beach and wanting nice accommodations. The pool and hot tub were clean and warm. Our kids had a great time swimming! The breakfast was also great as they had a good selection of delicious pastries.
We will be staying there again if we are in the area."

"The room/bathroom was very clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable which is very important to us. In fact the bed was a too comfortable because my wife refused to get out of bed to go check out the night life with me. Minus one star for that. The ice machine works very well for our trip to the lake. All in all we really enjoyed our stay at the Blue Jay Lodge."

"Absolutely no issues with the accommodation itself; we had a King Room and it was beautiful. I wish we could have stayed longer. However, communication with this hotel is terrible. I still have a query outstanding from some time ago and it was urgent at the time. Staff don't seem to care. Also, they leave a deposit pending on your credit card for far too long."

"Checking in was a disaster. Their staff have no clue what they're doing. It took 45 minutes to get our room keys. We ended up needing a 2nd room and ran into the exact same problem with different staff. I asked for the manager and he just gave me excuses and attitude. We will never step foot in ANY Ceaser's owned establishment ever again after this experience. ZERO star experience! NOT RECCOMENDED."

"Great place to stay.
The condo is very roomy with all necessities (full kitchen and dining table, living room with plenty seating).
View is gorgeous! Talk about being in the midst of nature! Get out on the balcony and smell the fresh air
They provided plenty of towels and bathrooms are kept very clean.
A few things to note:
The property has a lot of stairs!
We didn’t know about this and it was quite difficult for my mother-in-law to climb up/down 4 flights of stairs to get to/from our room....
