"The hotel appears to be very new and clean, clean, clean! Well appointed room. Loved having a kitchenette in the room. It was well stocked with everything needed. Breakfast each day of our 4 day stay was excellent, with items I’ve never see at other hotels, as well as all the usually hotel breakfast fare. My only quibble was the mattress, while it was very comfortable (and great pillows), every move my partner made was felt on my side. All around though - an excellent hotel!"

"Good location. Property was pretty well kept and the free breakfast was good. The a/c in our room was very loud and barely kept it cool enough for comfort. Toilet did not flush unless lever held down for about 10 seconds."

"Don’t let the outside fool you! It looks like a rundown old hotel, but it has been updated in the rooms. Our room was very clean and staff was amazing. There is a restaurant across the street called tequilas and it was really really good across the street to the left there is a river walkway very beautiful."

The only issue we had was the smell that someone was smoking pot somewhere on our floor. The management was trying to figure out who it was, but had not figured it out before we left."

"This is one of our favorite motels to stop in! They have ample space for trailer parking, which is a must for us. It’s also outside of Farmington so we don’t have to worry quite as much with our trailers being parked, it seems to be a little bit nicer of an area than some of the hotels directly in Farmington. It is always very clean, very comfortable and the staff is always very welcoming! Very pet friendly! Definitely feels like a mom and paw place. We’ve stayed here multiple times and will...
