"The historic feel and visuals to the property are very welcoming. The ease of the parking allows for direct access to the main entry. Room was prepped well, clean and provided all amenities you would need during the stay. Our time there was quiet and uninterrupted which is a perfect disconnect from everyday grind. "We stayed here for the 2024 Eclipse. We booked the Grand Suite a year in advance and we loved it. When the weather was good we lived out on the spacious balcony. At night we enjoyed a soak in the jacuzzi tub. There isn’t a shower but we enjoyed our nightly baths instead. Breakfasts were delicious and there are lots of amenities like drinks and snacks. We would love to stay again sometime. "

There were candles burning in the foyer, multiple bowls of potpourri, and multiple cats coming and going from outdoors—upstairs and downstairs. I’m very allergic to cats.
