I am not sure what you were meaning that many items were not available, we serve scrambled eggs daily, bacon or sausage daily, potatoes every other day, biscuits and gravy every other day and we also have muffins daily, bagels, breads yogurt, hot cereal and cold cereal, hard boiled eggs daily as well as pancakes. If any of these items were missing during your stay this weekend I would love to know as from what I saw we had it all. Tim, Thank you for letting us know about your stay and I am sorry that not everyone was up to par with their friendliness and attitude, I will be sure to address this with the entire staff. As for breakfast I am sure at some point we will open the serving yourselves again, as for now we just continue to serve and feel that it is good customer service. You are correct you can have what ever your choices might be that morning and can always go back for another plate if you didn't get enough or want something else that you did try the first time.
