We were NOT impressed in the least. The bathroom was dingy and was filthy behind the door and had major build-up of grime and grossness. The whole room would benefit from a deep cleaning. They were all out of forks at breakfast. Mediocre accommodation and overpriced for a 3-star hotel. Wouldn’t recommend it. Compared to other 3-star hotels this is definitely on the lower end ans possibly a 2-star rating,

The staff member was so kind and friendly, despite working both the frint desk and breakfast alone this morning. He is also the one who checked us in the night before. He deserves a bonus or at the very least some recognition for his hard work!

Check in was easy. Had some issues getting hooked to WiFi but when I called the desk the gentleman came quickly and got everything working. Clean and quiet. Good breakfast. Have stayed there before and would stay there again if in the area.

The room was dingy. The halls were extremely loud. The breakfast. There aren’t enough words. The waffle machine and the juice machines were broken. The gravy was gelatinous. The biscuits were like a rocks. The coffee smelled off and the yogurt had been expired for 5 weeks!!! Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else. I never write hotel reviews but I had to let others know about this one. The only positive note is that the bed was at least comfortable.

This hotel was 3rd option for 4 rooms. 1st room was bad, known bad, yet given out. Tells a lot about the premisis! Had to change then that room had ants. Room 2 beep noises all night. Room 3 hot, bed poor. Room 4 ok.

Reservation Confusion/No confirmation number sent
My problem was at check in, Hotels.com didn't send a confirmation number therefore Comfort Inns didn't have a reservation booking for me although I showed the clerk my email showing that I had a booked reservation. Fortunately for me the hotel had a room available for my stay.

The room had a smell, the hallway and elevator had a funny smell. There were home look like homeless peole hanging out close to the property and people hanging up in front of the front door drinking alcohol and smoking like it was a club.

Great room, clean, staff friendly.
Check in was easy, and attendant friendly. Room is nice and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was I couldn’t adjust the air conditioning. The room was a bit cooler than I like. I pinned the drapes together to block the air from blowing on me early in the morning. Otherwise everything was great.

Hotel is nasty
Hotel was nasty and the worker told us good luck because she hopes our room is clean. She said there is no telling what we may see in there. It stinks in there. I tried to stay away from the hotel as long as possible because it was not up to par.

The problem was with this app only! As far as the actual visit the hotel was not able to take. Your app made it impossible to make changes. I will not be using this app again. I will tell all of my family and friends not to use this app. Thanks for nothing
