Hotel Dekat Pinacoteca Civica

"Zimmer klein aber fein, sehr sauber und schön, leider kein Lift bzw. sehr steile Stiege (ältere Personen)"

"Very central location. We never had an issue with parking and everything we needed was walking distance (coffee shop, restaurants, grocery stores)."

"Achtung- Spa kostet extra, ohne dass das irgendwo steht- und zwar bei uns 39 Euro Für eine Stunde (!). Das ist ziemlich viel und das ist es nicht wert. Der Spa ist klein und nicht besonders modern."

"Hotel was good and is strategically located in the middle of tourist sightseen spots. It has a great pool. The breakfast is good, but we had a bit of an issue during our stay. There were several large tour groups staying at the same time, including a particularly chaotic Hungarian tour group, which made the breakfast area incredibly crowded. The staff unfortunately couldn't keep up with replenishing the food fast enough. It would be much better if the hotel managed these large tour groups...

"Beautiful house, Appolonia (not sure how to spell her name!) was very kind and helpful and accommodating. Convenient central location. There was espresso and light breakfast if you wanted it but there are also lots of cafes nearby. The beds are INCREDIBLY uncomfortable 😭 my body was in a lot of pain. Time for some new mattresses, or at the very least some memory foam covers. I asked to an extra pillow to cushion my back a bit but it was only so helpful. This was really my only complaint as...

"La personne qui nous a accueilli etait très aimable"

"everything was nice and new. There were 2 problems: expedia customer service. If I had to rate it, it would be 0 points. The other problem was that the central air conditioning was a bit loud when we slept in the living room. The hosts were very nice and attentive, they responded very quickly on WhatsApp, we got water, kv, little things that we didn't have elsewhere, and it was very nice. (detergent, dishwashing liquid, more toilet paper, 2x towel change per week, kv capsules). The terrace was...

"Very nice clean room, very nice property management, nice clean shower, beds overall wonderful experience. Property manager was very helpful! Excellent location in a beautiful city! Would definitely return if I’m back in the area. Highly recommend!"

""Sauberes, modernes Hotel in bester Lage. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und die Zimmer ruhig und komfortabel – absolut empfehlenswert!"

"The room with the bicycle above the bed is wonderful, very spacious, very clean and very quiet. The huge bathroom has double showers and double sinks and feels very luxurious. The aircon is powerful and efficient, and there's a small fridge and a kettle with some tea bags in the room. It's really excellent value for money. Check in is at a bar in Via Sedile from where you will be accompanied to your room a few minutes walk away in the historical centre. This room is accessed via a flight of...

"Fiorenza was so lovely and helpful, she met us on check in and check out. Gave us lots of helpful recommendations. The place was really nice and in a good central location."

"Very friendly welcome and orientation. The property was clean and modern without loosing any original charm. Lots of individual decorative features. The breakfast was excellent too."

"Brilliant from start to finish. I wish we could have stayed for longer. The ideal base for exploring the local area whilst staying somewhere relaxing and peaceful."

"Our stay was simply perfect! Communication was smooth from the very beginning, and all of our messages were answered quickly. Having a car is highly recommended to reach the property, but the location is otherwise perfect for exploring the beautiful region of Puglia. The accommodation was spotless, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom that made our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to Silvestro, one of the kindest people we have ever met. Thanks to him, we can truly say...

"Suite Perla. Well decorated apartment with an unbelievably huge private terrace on the roof with shade plus a little balcony. A little kitchen, very comfy bed, clean bathroom, only good to say. The whatsapp conversation was helpful. Easy access and just around the corner of Castellana square where to watch italian life in late evenings at its best. We loved it."

"Such a beautiful, peaceful, friendly property. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were lovely, comfortable and clean. Breakfast and lunch were creative and delicious. I would definitely return."

"Bon rapport qualité prix. Le personnelle est super sympa et conseille sur les choses à visiter, merci particulier à Graziela et Giuseppe. Chambre spacieuse et propre, très bien entretenue. Seuls bemols, l'insonorisation et le manque de coffre dans la chambre. C'était un bon séjour"

"The hotel is brand new, so everything felt super clean, the rooms were really spacious. The breakfast was great too! The location is also perfect, just 5mins walking from the main areas. But the best part of our stay was definitely Cinzia. She was so lovely and welcoming. We highly recommend staying here!!!!!"
