"Brilliant place and facilities. Super location and views with outstanding staff and inclusive game drives. Definitely recommend. Not 5 star because some minor renovation required and whilst the food was plentiful and well cooked,the buffet-style meals were too similar everyday."

"Very disappointing experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, the person at the front desk was not aware of our reservation. We had to spend more than 15 minutes proving that we had indeed booked a room at this hotel. Once we finally accessed the room, several issues became apparent. There were no towels available, and when we asked for assistance, the staff was unable to help, forcing us to find towels ourselves. "The pre arrival information was great and the check in quick and easy. Staff were always helpful and courteous. The rooms were fair but we struggled to find plug points to charge phones etc. The bathroom was quite dark and the cold water tap dripped. Meals were served well and were more than adequate. The breakfast buffet was great."
