"Everything was great. Location facilities restaurants were all great. My only thought was for our room there was plenty of room to add some coat hooks which it lacked. That was need especially if they were wet you cannot hand in the wardrobe. "

"Ideal for our needs. A little more time for breakfast on weekdays would be good. We were glad of the late breakfast till 11 am on the Sunday but despite the breakfast room being very busy the staff were determinedly clearing away a lot of the food and milk we needed at 10 30 as we arrived which was not exactly welcoming...as my partner needed milk for his special diet ( he cannot eat solid food and relies on powdered milkshakes) and had to ask staff to bring some milk back as it has all been taken away . We ve otherwise had a great trip to Finland and enjoyed Sokos hotel hospitality 100% in the past so felt we should give you this feedback . We love the Finnish commitment to tidiness and cleanliness but this just went a little too far! "

"A lovely stay at the Hotel Haaga. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the amenities were very good. The pool and gym are well equipped and great to use. The staff are really what made the stay comfortable. They were friendly and incredibly helpful."

"Enjoyed my two week stay at Scandic Kallio. Staff was highlight: Smiling Alyssa in the breakfast room along with great colleagues; Mark, Asa, and the cleaning crew were great and helpful: Front desk all friendly and professional. Enjoyed sauna, good ac on hot days. Will return!"
