"The rooms were clean and the staff very nice. The room was large, and the beds were comfortable. My biggest issue was with their wi-fi. First, it is NOT a secure network! When I tried to get on the network, it asked me to give my room number and name; no problem. Then I kept getting a message saying it couldn't find my registration because I hadn't booked directly through Marriott. I was able to access the internet, but the connection kept locking up and disconnecting me. I would reconnect and get the message saying it couldn't find my registration... After 15 minutes, I gave up. I was also annoyed to learn there is a $10-a-night parking fee! Yes, the fee was included in my "fees and taxes" when I made the reservation, but honestly, I didn't read through each fee, and an extra parking fee wasn't one I expected or have ever encountered. My other complaint, and I admit it is a common one for me, is the lack of dairy-free and/or caffeine-free options at breakfast. There were food options, but no margarine for toast or non-dairy milk for my cereal. The breakfast sandwiches all had cheese, but weren't labeled as such. When I asked for non-dairy milk, I was told that they didn't have any. I am not the only person in the world with dairy intolerance! Although they had tea bags at breakfast, they were not in the rooms; they were all caffeinated teas. A few herbal tea bags wouldn't hurt."

"Loved the breakfast buffet and customer service. Extremely close to the Broadmoor World Arena for our skating competition! We really enjoyed using the full kitchen as well. They could use larger cooking pan for the hot induction burner. We did purchase one at the Target nearby along with our groceries which was super convenient"
