"Nice all-inclusive hotel but room was very warm upon arrival because the air conditioning only works with the key card. Spa was okay but not up to American standards so I would find another. The 100 credit was nice to use in the spa but does not work for the store. Very family friendly so prepare for kids around. Finally, although there are 5 pools, only 2 are available for normal guests."

"This was truly one of the best stays I have ever had. I visited this hotel last year and was so impressed that I decided to come back for a second time. "Amazing and very helpful staff. We arrived and were welcomed with free drinks and cheese platter while our luggage was delivered to our room. The hotel also helped with getting to a convenient parking with a big discount. They also arranged an early checkout and booked a taxi for us to the port. "On ne se gare pas devant l'hotel, qui au coeur du village, dans des rues étroites..; ce n'est pas un problème, le village est facilement accessible, mais encore faut il en être informé.
Arrivé sur place, la personne qui nous a accueilli était peu avenante...pas mal aimable, mais peu chaleureux comparativement à la Grèce.
