"Room was spotless and modern, blackout blinds, AC, amazing bedding and different firmness pillows, coffee and water. Rainfall shower. Really can't fault the room. Breakfast has everything you could want and was all fresh. Location was in the centre of everything and 5 mins from train station. Would definitely recommend "

"perfect stay, the middle of the old city of bern. Very nice staff. Just be sure to know that while you can unload the bags in front of the hotel, the parking is a 5 min walk. The walk is easy and you walk in the most beautiful streets in the world- when we did day trips it was an amazing walk. The hotel is right on top of the most beautiful COOP supermarket. Seriosuly the breads there are at the level of Thomas Keller bakery in Yountville(Bouchon) that we frequent a lot. Walkable to everywhere. Ask for a room facing the cathedral and city hall -we saw both from the window and it was magical. Dont miss the roof top bar - even just for the views, they have a fondue area for the winter which looks magical."

"The hotel is mostly trying to be automated. Staff was helpful. Room was fantastic and well equipped. The hotel also gives you a code to use transit in Bern for free. No parking available on site when I went so I had to scramble. But the hotel was still a great value. "

We had breakfast in the morning and we were treated incredibly well by the host Elizabeth and we got also to meet the chef Roman absolutely wonderful people. "Not much variety for breakfast. Mostly bread and pastry. The property could use some updating, especially in the halls on each floor. Also, bench by the elevator and some foyer furniture was stained. The staff were absolutely amazing and the location was ideal for walking to and from Old Town. "

"good location. Is just next to Bern Wankdorf station. 3 min walk. Digital check-in is so easy. Digital key made it so convenient to access to premises. General kitchen area is clean with comfortable dining area. Comfortable bed & pillow. Cons is the room a bit too small for 2 pax. "
