"We stayed in an apartment. I loved the property and its relaxed feel and location. Some lovely walks are available close by. The reception staff spoke good English and were very polite and helpful. They are very spacious, warm and clean, but very self contained. The bed was comfortable but pillow choice was limited. Kitchen was nice with 2 hot plates, no oven or frying pan. There is a dishwasher but no washing machine. Unfortunately the WiFi was not working and was not fixed during our stay....

My only gripe was the fact that the cleaners come around to the rooms quite early, (talking quite loudly) which is very disruptive if you are wanting a lie in! "Location is SUPER!! overlooking Luz-Saint-Sauveur, comfortable & efficient space. clean sheets & enough linens, but you have to make the beds or pay a fee. Checking in was a bit of a hassle since we didn’t notice the front desk timing but they were thoughtful enough to send me an e mail, but still I didn’t read it! It worked at the end & big thanks to the front desk lady for her efforts to reach us. Only 2 comments I would give to the management…. Please provide soap & dishwashing detergent, & maybe consider adding a washing machine. Note: there’s no a/c so if it’s hot it could be uncomfortable"
