"We spent one night at this hotel and loved it. We arrived early and one of our rooms was already ready, which was very convenient. Simple rooms but with everything. The spa is also great, and the restaurant is excellent. Everything went great and we will definitely stay here again whenever we come to this area. Only thing that could be improved is that the pool temperature was not very warm (definitely not 35 degrees), so it was a bit cold for the cool weather."

"Fantastic place for a family vacation in the snow. It’s so good to be able to ski in and out. The dinner was absolutely delicious. So was the breakfast. The rooms are big bathroom is clean and brand new nice towels nice sheets. Only down is the firmness of the mattresses and the pillows that we found very hard Other than that, we highly recommend especially it’s a very good price as well"

"Overall: good location, great bar, but the hotel management needs to look into upskilling hotel staff. Pros: bar and restaurant, and a bartender who knows what he’s doing. Professional, attentive, creative. Cons: major lack of services. Good luck finding anyone at breakfast if you need water. Cleaning crew is missing pieces here and there, and frankly don’t seem to care, otherwise, they would have reported shower curtain covered in mold. Sauna is overloaded with dirty towels. "La struttura è gestita da una signora veramente gentile, professionale e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. La struttura è impeccabile per rifiniture.generali e coraggio in ogni dettaglio. Da consigliare anche la colazione servita in modo impeccabile in un grazioso giardino. Sia il dolce che il salato sono di ottima qualità e prodotti del luogo e/ o dalla stessa proprietaria. Un luogo da consigliare assolutamente."

"Nous avons été ravie durant notre passage a Varzo. Cette établissement est très bien ! La chambre est légèrement petite. Le petit déjeuner était super, tout est fait mais, un vrai régal ! Pour notre accueil nous avons eu une dame très gentille et très agréable ! Je recommande beaucoup cet établissement !"
