"The room was okay. It needs a few upgrades. Bathroom shower head was leaking water from the base and as a result the pressure was compromised. It would have been excellent if they had a kettle and tea/ coffee in the room . Overall the room was in good condition despite the age of the hotel . It was clean and comfortable. A/C worked good. Hot and cold water was good. Room was quiet, but lacked outlets close to the bed for charging phones etc. Great location . Front office was very professional and accommodating and recommended many areas around town and best places for food. It was much appreciated. "

"This was a wonderful property. From the time we arrived to the time we left the staff were wonderful, helpful and responsive . The room had a beautiful patio with incredible views. The area of the hotel is about a 5 min walk from the main shopping and dining street, which we appreciated. It’s also close to the lovely park. We would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Good size room and we had an amazing view off our balcony. Shower stall is very small and uncomfortable. The breakfast spread is incredible, but I was disappointed that the hotel bar/restaurant had a very limited menu. There were about 10 items listed but they only had 4-5 of them available."

"If you need a hotel with stunning views and great access to the cable car, this is the place. The staff's response is immediate. For any request, their answer is YES, and then they clarify what is needed. They react promptly to minor complaints. Everything is of very high quality and pleasant. Because of this, even tipping the staff was not an issue. Water was replenished every day. The only downside I would suggest is that they should consider organizing additional wine tastings on-site.Beach view fantastic "
