"Nice clean rooms & good location.
However, the buffet restaurant was terrible
served raw chicken on the Saturday night. The staff said the hotel manager was unavailable until Monday, dreadful experience & very disappointed with the buffet restaurant, service & staff reaction. No manager contacted us during our remaining stay, despite us requesting a meeting, We were at the hotel a further 2 nights."

"Short three night break. Comfy room with balcony to the side. Out all day and each day came back to find room still not cleaned. No big deal as we found maid and got clean towels but rubbish (empty water bottles) did pile up. Only gripe as otherwise clean, good value and handy for Garnier for breakfast!"
