Pico de Orizaba National Park

I will never make another reservation here again. The staff will not work with no matter what the issue is. We had issues flying in to Cancun beyond our control, and the hotel would not work with us. They took for ever to respond and all they said was no, sorry we can’t help you in this situation. No refunds, no adjustments. Simply sorry we can’t do anything to help you. I tried working through Expedia to get the issue resolved, and they reached out to this hotel. They even said the hotel is willing to do anything to work with us. We contacted the hotel 4 days before we supposed to arrive. We had reservations for 2 rooms for a family of 4. $3000,00 down the drain. This hotel just ate it and probably just rented the rooms out again for higher price. We used to take family trips and stay at this hotel. NEVER AGAIN!

Hotel Mousai is a wonderful property. The staff took care of us from the moment we checked in to check out. Our room was absolutely stunning. We spent alot of time at the rooftop infinity pool. The view is fantastic. The main restaurant on the property Noi was very enjoyable. My only complaint was the time share sales pitch after check in but after that is over the experience at hotel Mousai is amazing.

We had a wonderful extended family vacation to Garza Blanca Cancun! We had 3 different rooms and they were able to accommodate us to be in the same section of the building, with 2 rooms next door to each other. The resort is absolutely beautiful and we loved the pools and the restaraunts! Food and drinks were great. There was a lot of seaweed and some rocky areas on the beach so we did not spend as much time there. We did a day trip to Isla Mujeres though and would highly recommend that! Water was way better over there. Be prepared to sign/tip for every drink and meal - a difference from some other all inclusive resorts we’ve stayed at. Service and staff were wonderful though and would overall recommend and would come back! Carousel was a big hit with the littles. Entertainment starts at 9 each night which is harder with little kids but common with many resorts.
