"The Grand Hyatt is AMAZING! The hotel was very clean and the staff was also amazing! The rooms are in perfect condition and the beds are super comfortable. The food there is absolutely delicious and the breakfast bar is EVERYTHING! I love it! I plan on coming back again! Thank you soooooo much! I wish i could give 10 stars! 💜💜"

"The pool has been out of commission for awhile now but there is no signage to this fact. I went up to have my coffee on the roof deck but was locked out. I went down to the front desk and was told it isnt usable. I told them it would be a good idea to put a sign on the door. My room phone was also unusable and broken, the bathroom door jammed against the floor but did open and close and my tub didnt drain so I stood in water while I showered. We have been staying here for the last 10 years at Christmas time. This time I came for a funeral and was very disappointed at the fray around the edges there. "
