The kitchen and living area were both well-equipped and comfortable, making it a great place to relax. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. "My room was quite ready when I got there as they where redecorating my room. Wasn't a problem for me as just needed to put my bags somewhere as had plans elsewhere to go to. However, staff went beyond expectations. Attempted to change my room but wasn't able to. Instead, gave me a free drink, some candied apples & a free breakfast for my troubles. Room was massive and full of stunning decor. Really good attention to detail. Plenty of bottled waters, teas, coffees and biscuits. I enjoyed a really relaxing bath and shower whilst staying over. Comfy bed, super spacious. Swimming and gym facilities where amazing, a good variety for each. Breakfast was delicious with a selection of cooked meats, eggs, pasties, breads, cereals, fruits, homemade juices, coffee/tea & cheeses. Highly recommend, could not fault and would book again in the future."

"Great value for money. Stayed for 2 nights passing through from Scotland to Cardiff. Only a few minutes walk to the town centre. Has free parking although this is limited to 7 spaces. We ate in the restaurant and found the food to be really tasty. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Great shower pressure. Sun deck and beer garden was great as we had good weather to enjoy them. Took our drinks out there in the evenings. Staff were really friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay again if in the area."
