When I was not happy with the original room they put us in (not what I had booked online with a photo of the room), they immediately put me in the proper room which was spacious for 4 people. It was conveniently located in Montmartre which was perfect for Bakeries, restaurants, and view points. I enjoyed my stay. "

"After staying one night I developed a bad rash from either bed bugs or a rat bite. The staff were very friendly, but the local area had homeless people and we run down."
